With more than 30 years of experience developing hundreds of homes across New England, Kevin brings a deep understanding of homeowners’ needs and every stage of residential development. He holds an MBA from the University of New Hampshire, a BA in Finance and Economics from North Adams State College, and a Lean Six Sigma certification from Villanova University. His strong financial background, commitment to continuous improvement, and keen insight into economic and market trends guide his approach to creating exceptional properties with lasting value.
